CCTV in Korea

it's hard to live in the seoul. there are so many accident at everyday. because our society is changing so fast. it's sometimes hard to think normal and we don't know what we have to do. many people gets exhauseted from work. as the result, someone make accident any place. so government are installed lots of CCTV. that's going to prevent accident and can get evidences. so we can see lot of CCTV on the street which is especially very dark and usually rare people on the street, that place is easy to happen a accident. so it works very good when accident happened.

it's very useful.

but someone who are worried about private life from CCTV. it's right opinions. it can be violated private information. so government has to make laws which is strict, certain laws. so everyone can agree with security laws. and they're steadiily check CCTV source and check security from hacking.

then it's going to be safe.

violence in army

I've got the information which is violence in army. all of the men have to go military service. it's a duty of nations laws. it causes lot of accident in the army. like bomb explosion, violence, killing etc.

but problem is that we have bad habit in army. that's violence in army. there is no reasons why they are doing violence. it's hot issue at every time.

so most of parents is concerned for their son when their son go to military service. if parents have a relationship with someone who work in army. they use to bribery to exemption for their son. it's serious situation now. but I think violence in army is better than when I was in army.

at that time, it was heavy violence in army. some of my colleague moved another place due to serious injury from the violence. however I heard there is no more violence now. but it sometime causes some violence.

I think army is small society. so it has many problem in the army. think about our society, there are always many problem. and lot of people is tried to solve that kind of problem. army is same with our society. it's getting better than before.

so I think we have more regulation and law, it will be better all of time

about Dokdo

Dokdo is located at end of the east see. it causes big problem with Japan. Dokdo is our territory but japan insist baseless opinion which is thiers. and they everytime make international issue. it's awful.

so our government should response different way to announce that Dokdo is in Korea. because we don't emphasize our opinion because we have so many evidences.

I think government start to new subject in school. young people don't have any idea and don't establish their mind. it has to be made good structure when they are young. then they can get patriotism for Korea. and when they become adult. then they can educate thier's children.

And second thing is to find more historical evidences which is proved Dokdo is ours.

so when japan make it issue, we can prove Dokdo is ours. Dokdo is really important island in Korea. because near the Dokdo is so many natural resouces and so many fishes in the east see.

that's why it's important.

property price in seoul

we live in high price house. In seoul, there are so many houses now. sometimes I can feel heavy in living seoul city. it always complicates every time. however most of people live in seoul. because there are so many things to doing something. all of facility is supported in this city.

but it's a problem. I think why seoul city don't make entire seoul developing with same. the main reason is that each area has different officer in city. and when they became a officer. they usually think their area to be developed. because if they are doing to good job and contribute to developing their district. it's going to easy to be a officer again. so they don't know how to distribute house. so it brings to unbalance in seoul city.

so seoul city make a special policy how to develop seoul in equality. then every area in seoul will be develop at the same. and they will live good environment system.

problem of personal information

our information is to be leaked from internet. In korea, if we want to get a new ID. we have to everytime register our identification number in the web. so it finally makes us big problem. in recently, korea web site was hacked which is very famous nate.com. which web site have so many member that is almost over 50% of our population. so lots of personal information leaked to another country.

now we should change to way how it joins the web site. in the class, we talked many things like join the google site, use certificate(공인인증서).

at that time I couldn't think another idea that I thought. that is I-PIN(Internet Personal Identification Number). if we use I-PIN, we can protect our personal information. it can use instead of identification number when we join the new id from the web site. so this way is going to useful way to protect our information.

it's not famous now. but it's going to be famous ,if someone who want to protect someone's information.

it may have many ways to protect our information on the web. please inform me good ideas. thank you

about project for Seoul

I think design Seoul is a good project for the future of Seoul. but problem is that process of doing project is so fast. it means they don't have any extra money for doing other policies. but if they try to do this project slowly. they can do other things. however, it has to be fast before changing a mayor. then, the project will be stopped under construction. and no more concern about this project. and new mayor is going to start new plan for Seoul. most of policy is the record of repetition. so when they think to do a plan for everything. it should be consider what it needs short plan or long term plan. after then project can start. and new mayor is also consider about prior project how it uses good way to reuse for the citizen and traveler.  

About overfishing

Morgan did his presentation last week. when i took human and environment class at last semester. i learned a little bit about overfishing. it wasn't a problem in the decade ago. however, it is to bo controvesial issue now. i think most of problem that population of the world has increased rapidly. so it's main problem. because people are too much than past, so it surely need to more food. and lot of profesional reseach report that fish is good for the health.
then, so many people want to eat fish more. it makes other side effect that losing sort of fish make destroy at eco system. that's related to environment.
And i know other side effect. fisher get lots of fish in other ocean. they need to water for fish to keep the fresh. so they fill to water in the ship. and when they finish to sell that fish. then they don't need to that water. so they dis charge that water in the ohter ocean. it's a different water compare with ocean. so it make fishes die more.
so if we need to protect the ocean. we have to know about water pollution more.
