good and bad effect for using GPS

GPS is very useful tool in these days. almost 10year ago, navigation system was invented and used to find out every place. but there are some bad effect for using GPS. a few month ago, it was a problem about collecting private information from smart phone. so bad effect is that abuse this kind of information. if government or company get this information, they can pursue a person's activity and also can know where someone moves. for instance, Gaddafi was detected where he hide because he was used his phone. it's a good effect for using GPS. but if someone uses a bad way. it'll be bad for private life.

except this ways, it has lots of good effect. for example, most of people have smart phone. and we can use smart phone. when we go to some place at first time, we can use map service from smart phone. we can search a name of building or place. we also find to some thing around of me. that's good way.

so I agree to use GPS.

raining in korea

in the summer, it's been lots of rain in this year. we know that it's heavy rain every summer. but some place are over flood. so we can think why it happens every year. so we should find out solutions.

specially, it was lot of raining. weather climate is changing now. we exactly don't know how fast weather change. and it's always late to precaution about raining. because government is late to prepare and misestimate how to change weather.

so some place are over flooding every year. government don't prepare important thing.

so how can we prevent about flooding. I think first thing is that changing old pipes on underground. that's so old and not to big. but if they change big pipes, it's easy to flow water in the pipe.

and second thing is that to make reservoir nare special area. that was a good result to prevent flooding. so I recommend to 2 method. then it's happened less than before.

how to prevent sexual violence

this society is to be more violence then past. so crazy accident have often happened many times. and the crime of child is also increased. 
most of child crime is sexual violence, and we can think why it is focused on child,
I think that it's easy to make sexual violence to them. 
most of children still don't make situation of basic mental. so criminal can be violence for them. so they can do sexual violence to them.
and they can cheat children from something. if they give children a favor. like buying something. so it's easy way.
and junior high school or high school student want to get the money, at that time, most of student want to get new item. so they are try to get money from adult. so strange person can abuse this kind of way. and then they can do sexual violence.
so first thing to prevent method is the education. if teacher can educate the children about sexual violence. and what it is sexual violence. 
then they can understand what is sexual violence.
than second thing is that government have to make strong policy about sexual violence. like they can designate people who are citizen policer. and government have to strong control criminals. 
then it will not be happened more. however it's also hard to prevent all of crimes. 
all of people who are adult have to protect around of our society.

university tuition fee

i've got lot of information from the presentation. it's now hot issue. a few month ago, new mayor of seoul city was elected from seoul citizen. and he suggested new plan for university fee. tuition fee of seoul national university is going to get a half of total price. 

I think that's a good trend to change past policy. because changing university fee is now a small change, but it will bring big changes. in korea, it's normal trend to go to university. so parents should pay lot of money to university. it's a big burden. however the university have to invest something for students. but they didn't invest a lot. they just want to get more money, and then they want to built a buildings. so they think it can bring more student. 
it's wrong thinking. 

so it's a good trend to cut the tuition fee. so student who want to study hard pay just a little money. and they will right idea for university. 
when student is to be a worker of government that they can help and give them good idea.

when most of university changes their policy for tuition fee, it's more easy way to study. I hope to be changed this problem.

Physical punishment

It’s hard to deal with physical punishment in the school. It’s so many argument now. There is no certain regulation. So no one know exactly how to deal with this. 

In my case, I’m not agreed with doing physical punishment. But punishment is needed. When I was a middle school student, most of teacher did so many times. Sometimes it didn’t make sense so it looks what they get rid of stress. When we took the exam, teacher made rule. If we get under 70points, then we hit the palm of the hand per a point. So someone hit many physical punishment.. 

So I think we have to regulate how to do punishment. there are no way to disappear physical punishment. So education department have to alternative thing. When student make accident, teacher can give a student a punishment like, doing volunteer. 

And some of teacher has strange mind. So teacher also have to check test what they have capacity of teaching student. It will be good method to protect this kind of problem. And students also have to test that kind of test. If they have a mental problem, they should treat that disease for them.
Then, all of people don’t do punishment. And they can do alternative things.

advantages of CCTV

I agree with installing CCTV in the street.  It’s has lots of issue in the world. Because they think it can be exposed individual life. It makes sense. Someone can leakage our private information, so government should protect CCTV system for citizens. Then no one will disagree to using CCTV.

There is so many advantages of using CCTV than using nothing. At the first, it has happen many sexual violence at the latest day. It doesn’t care what to happen these kind of accident on the street. So sometimes CCTV can be support evidences for proving the truth. And it has used so many things. When we drive a car, we can check the situation of traffic jam. And  using CCTV can protect our life from disasters. 

I sow how to using CCTV in disaster. In the summer, it’s very often lots of rain . they check a water level of the river or dam. So it protects people from a disaster before happening accident. So CCTV is very useful in our society.  

about korea gangs

There is lots of violence in the society. That is bribery, demonstration and many other violence. In the lately, Gang made a big accident with them in Inchoen in a month ago. That was still a big issue, accident was happened in funeral ceremony site. That was a kind of revenge to other group.

But it has a contradiction. When it happen, there was a lot of police officer. But they didn’t prevent  that accident. Because they was scared of violent. And they just wanted keep themselves. So it’s serious situation. It should be prevent. I think they basically have to control that situation, but they couldn’t anything.

So government makes strong laws than before, and also give police officer strong empower.

Then they can control gangs in korea. That is going to good solution. 

CCTV in Korea

it's hard to live in the seoul. there are so many accident at everyday. because our society is changing so fast. it's sometimes hard to think normal and we don't know what we have to do. many people gets exhauseted from work. as the result, someone make accident any place. so government are installed lots of CCTV. that's going to prevent accident and can get evidences. so we can see lot of CCTV on the street which is especially very dark and usually rare people on the street, that place is easy to happen a accident. so it works very good when accident happened.

it's very useful.

but someone who are worried about private life from CCTV. it's right opinions. it can be violated private information. so government has to make laws which is strict, certain laws. so everyone can agree with security laws. and they're steadiily check CCTV source and check security from hacking.

then it's going to be safe.

violence in army

I've got the information which is violence in army. all of the men have to go military service. it's a duty of nations laws. it causes lot of accident in the army. like bomb explosion, violence, killing etc.

but problem is that we have bad habit in army. that's violence in army. there is no reasons why they are doing violence. it's hot issue at every time.

so most of parents is concerned for their son when their son go to military service. if parents have a relationship with someone who work in army. they use to bribery to exemption for their son. it's serious situation now. but I think violence in army is better than when I was in army.

at that time, it was heavy violence in army. some of my colleague moved another place due to serious injury from the violence. however I heard there is no more violence now. but it sometime causes some violence.

I think army is small society. so it has many problem in the army. think about our society, there are always many problem. and lot of people is tried to solve that kind of problem. army is same with our society. it's getting better than before.

so I think we have more regulation and law, it will be better all of time

about Dokdo

Dokdo is located at end of the east see. it causes big problem with Japan. Dokdo is our territory but japan insist baseless opinion which is thiers. and they everytime make international issue. it's awful.

so our government should response different way to announce that Dokdo is in Korea. because we don't emphasize our opinion because we have so many evidences.

I think government start to new subject in school. young people don't have any idea and don't establish their mind. it has to be made good structure when they are young. then they can get patriotism for Korea. and when they become adult. then they can educate thier's children.

And second thing is to find more historical evidences which is proved Dokdo is ours.

so when japan make it issue, we can prove Dokdo is ours. Dokdo is really important island in Korea. because near the Dokdo is so many natural resouces and so many fishes in the east see.

that's why it's important.

property price in seoul

we live in high price house. In seoul, there are so many houses now. sometimes I can feel heavy in living seoul city. it always complicates every time. however most of people live in seoul. because there are so many things to doing something. all of facility is supported in this city.

but it's a problem. I think why seoul city don't make entire seoul developing with same. the main reason is that each area has different officer in city. and when they became a officer. they usually think their area to be developed. because if they are doing to good job and contribute to developing their district. it's going to easy to be a officer again. so they don't know how to distribute house. so it brings to unbalance in seoul city.

so seoul city make a special policy how to develop seoul in equality. then every area in seoul will be develop at the same. and they will live good environment system.

problem of personal information

our information is to be leaked from internet. In korea, if we want to get a new ID. we have to everytime register our identification number in the web. so it finally makes us big problem. in recently, korea web site was hacked which is very famous nate.com. which web site have so many member that is almost over 50% of our population. so lots of personal information leaked to another country.

now we should change to way how it joins the web site. in the class, we talked many things like join the google site, use certificate(공인인증서).

at that time I couldn't think another idea that I thought. that is I-PIN(Internet Personal Identification Number). if we use I-PIN, we can protect our personal information. it can use instead of identification number when we join the new id from the web site. so this way is going to useful way to protect our information.

it's not famous now. but it's going to be famous ,if someone who want to protect someone's information.

it may have many ways to protect our information on the web. please inform me good ideas. thank you

about project for Seoul

I think design Seoul is a good project for the future of Seoul. but problem is that process of doing project is so fast. it means they don't have any extra money for doing other policies. but if they try to do this project slowly. they can do other things. however, it has to be fast before changing a mayor. then, the project will be stopped under construction. and no more concern about this project. and new mayor is going to start new plan for Seoul. most of policy is the record of repetition. so when they think to do a plan for everything. it should be consider what it needs short plan or long term plan. after then project can start. and new mayor is also consider about prior project how it uses good way to reuse for the citizen and traveler.  

About overfishing

Morgan did his presentation last week. when i took human and environment class at last semester. i learned a little bit about overfishing. it wasn't a problem in the decade ago. however, it is to bo controvesial issue now. i think most of problem that population of the world has increased rapidly. so it's main problem. because people are too much than past, so it surely need to more food. and lot of profesional reseach report that fish is good for the health.
then, so many people want to eat fish more. it makes other side effect that losing sort of fish make destroy at eco system. that's related to environment.
And i know other side effect. fisher get lots of fish in other ocean. they need to water for fish to keep the fresh. so they fill to water in the ship. and when they finish to sell that fish. then they don't need to that water. so they dis charge that water in the ohter ocean. it's a different water compare with ocean. so it make fishes die more.
so if we need to protect the ocean. we have to know about water pollution more.
